How do I register my fob / ID card as a member of staff?
On the side of the iPad, there is a device called a “Tap” that allows you to use your existing door access cards and fobs to sign in / out on the iPad quickly. With one tap staff can easily sign in or out.

If you do not have a door access card or fob, your admin lead can request a fob / special sticker that can be attached to the back of your ID card to enable this feature.
To register your fob / ID card:
1 – Tap the screen

2 – Click on the magnifying glass
3 – Enter your full name

4 – Click on the box that appears with your staff name

5 – Click on “Connect an RFID tag”

6 – A message will appear stating “Tap your RFID card or fob to connect”. At this point, tap you card or fob against the tap device attached to the iPad.


7 – Once the card or fob has been detected and saved, a message will appear stating “RFID card or fob connected”. When this appears, click on the back arrow.

8 – Click on the back arrow.

9 – Click on the “X” (top right)
