Accessing the Canon Photocopier
Logging onto the photocopier
You will have been sent a UniFLOW Online pin code via email. Your will need to use this code to access the new photocopiers.If you do not know your UniFLOW pin code, please refer to the help guide: https://itsupport.thsp.org.uk/support/solutions/articles/56000041454.

Click in the box labelled “Enter your PIN” and enter your UniFLOW Online pin code.

Click on the “Login” button.

Once logged into the photocopier, you will be presented with 3 icons, “Copy”, “Scan” and “Secure Print”.

Registering your ID badge to the Photocopier (the same badge you use on the Sign In App) for quicker logon to the photocopier
Ensure that you are logged out of the photocopier and you will see a screen similar to that shown below. 
Tap your ID badge onto the ID reader to the right of the photocopier screen. You will hear a beep once the photocopier reads your ID card.

You will then be presented with a screen stating “Unfortunately, the system doesn’t know your card. To proceed, enter the card Registration Code you received via email or your PIN Code. Enter your UniFLOW pin code and then
click on Register Card.

Your ID badge has now been registered to the Photocopiers enabling you to simply tap your ID badge on any of the Photocopiers within the trust to logon to the photocopier.
How to release your printing

On a PC, you can print by printing to the “Follow Me Printing” printer.
This can then be released by logging onto any photocopier in the Trust and clicking on the “Secure Print” icon.

If you have multiple jobs queued for printing, you can select the job you wish to print (by clicking on the job in the list) and then click print. In the image above, I have 2 print jobs queued so by clicking on “Print jobs 2”, both print jobs will be printed.
If you wish to return back to the home page (the page with Copy, Scan and Secure Print), you can press the “Home” button or click on “Log Out” if you have finished using the photocopier.
Using the Copying functions
On the home page, select the “Copy” button by clicking on it.
You will then be presented with a standard photocopier screen as shown below.

Using the Scan functions
On the home page, select the “Scan” button by clicking on it.
You will then be presented with the scan screen as shown below.

On the scan screen, you have multiple options. You can scan a document to your THSP email address, scan it to your THSP OneDrive, scan to SharePoint Online or scan to Microsoft Teams.
Once you have made your selection by clicking on the appropriate option, please follow the on-screen instructions.
